Several Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) positions are available to support students across elementary, middle, and comprehensive grade spans within school settings in Marietta, GA. These contract roles involve onsite work, with some requiring travel between multiple school locations to deliver compensatory services.
Position Highlights
SLP Compensatory Services (Travel Required) Provide onsite speech-language therapy across multiple school sites Travel between locations to serve students from PreK through 12th grade Manage a reasonable caseload focused on fulfilling compensatory service needs until completion Provide summer services from June 1 through June 30
SLP Elementary School-Based Serve at a single school location with a caseload of approximately 45 to 55 students Work with students from PreK through 6th grade Utilize Paddynet platform for documenting therapy services
SLPs for 2026-2027 School Year: Elementary SLPs (PreK to 5th grade): Onsite support at one school, caseload ~45-55 students Middle School SLPs (6th to 8th grade): Onsite support at one school, caseload ~45-55 students
Core Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy aligned with student needs and IEP goals Document therapy progress and services accurately in Paddynet Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, staff, and administration via email, phone, school communication systems, and progress reports Coordinate scheduling of therapy sessions, IEP meetings, and parent conferences using Google Calendar Complete and maintain all necessary documentation: evaluations, eligibilities, IEPs, and data reviews
Preferred Skills and Experience: Proven ability to manage caseloads across a range of grade levels from PreK to high school Comfort with technology platforms such as Paddynet and Google Calendar Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
